GRAYTECH ONE, L.L.C. (“GRAYTECH ONE,” “we,” “us”) runs graytech.one. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what happens to it. It’s short because we collect very little.

What the contact form collects

When you send the contact form, we receive:

  • Your name
  • Your business email address
  • Your phone number, if you choose to give it (it’s optional)
  • Your company name
  • The service you’re interested in
  • Your project details (whatever you write in the message box)

We also record the time of the submission and the IP address and browser type it came from. We use those only to stop spam and abuse, for example by limiting how many messages one address can send in an hour.

Why we collect it

To read your inquiry and reply to it, and to keep a record of the conversation if we end up working together. We don’t add you to a mailing list.

How your message reaches us

The form is handled by our own software on our own web server, not by a third-party form service. When you submit it:

  • Your submission is saved on our web server, which is hosted by DigitalOcean.
  • We get a notification with your details and message through Google Chat (part of our Google Workspace account) and through Telegram, a messaging app, so we can reply quickly.
  • If we write back by email, that conversation is kept in our Google Workspace mailbox.

Submissions that look like spam are set aside on our server and aren’t forwarded to us.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries as long as we need to respond to them and for our normal business records. If you’d like us to delete your information, email us and we will, unless we have to keep something for legal or accounting reasons.

We don’t sell it

We never sell, rent, or trade your information. It’s shared only with the service providers named on this page, as part of running the site and replying to you, or when the law requires it.

The security check (ALTCHA)

The form uses ALTCHA, a proof-of-work check: your browser quietly solves a small math problem to show it isn’t a bot. It runs entirely on our own server. It doesn’t call any outside service, set cookies, or track you.

Fonts

The site’s fonts (Inter and JetBrains Mono) are served from our own web server. Your browser doesn’t contact Google or any other font service to load them.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.

Server logs

Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs: IP address, the page requested, the time, and browser type. We use them for security and troubleshooting, such as blocking automated attacks.

Questions or requests

To ask what we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email info@graytech.one.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
